Perth police pursuit ends with man busted in boot of car after evading cops

A man has been arrested following a police pursuit in Perth, after the driver allegedly ran from the cops, hid in his car boot and wore a disguise to try and escape.
Police found the man curled up in a car boot lying next to a blonde wig, after he allegedly lead officers on a high-speed chase along Calume and Hillman streets.
The 26-year-old was allegedly seen driving a separate Rav 4 with stolen number plates an hour earlier.

The man allegedly tried to outrun police by swapping cars in an underground car park at Rockingham Centre.
Police also say he hid a shotgun in the process.
Airpolice tracked the man to the boot of a Holden Commodore after he allegedly tried to make his escape.

He was arrested and charged with possessing a gun, evading the police, and unlicenced and reckless driving. 
An alleged female accomplice was also arrested.
